EJIE is committed to implementing and keeping up-to-date a management system that enables the following objectives to be achieved:

Comply with the applicable requirements

Ensure compliance with the requirements applicable to the services, including both customers' needs and expectations and normative or regulatory requirements.

  • Achieve 100% of the agreed service levels.
  • Reach or exceed customer satisfaction levels based on the results and variability of the previous three years and the strategic and business needs (7.7 in 2018).
  • Reach or exceed 85% of the process objectives based on the performance and variability of their results, and the strategic and business needs.

Continuously improve the management system

Ensure innovation and continuous improvement of the management system's processes, increasing both its maturity and its ability to produce the desired results.

  • Maintain the net improvement rate of key process indicators at at least 15%.
  • Increase the maturity level of the processes based on the evaluation and variability of the previous three years and the strategic and business needs (3.7 in 2018).
  • Maintain the level of effectiveness of innovation projects at at least 85% based on their risk (while they are in development) and their results (once completed).
